Get Well Clinic is growing across Texas, and we’re excited to expand our College Station team! We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ready to make an impact while growing with a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

In this role, you’ll provide family medicine care to patients of all ages and take an active role in our expanding medical weight management program . This is a great opportunity for an FNP who enjoys building relationships with patients, promoting healthier lifestyles, and being part of a practice that is continuing to grow and evolve

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, physicals, and preventive care
• Evaluate and manage weight loss patients, including GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide), dosing adjustments, and follow-up
• Diagnose, treat, and prescribe
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disorders
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence
• Document visits accurately and on time in the EMR
• Work closely with medical assistants and front office staff to keep clinic flow smooth

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited FNP program
• Active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Family practice and/or weight management experience strongly preferred
• EMR experience (Practice Fusion is a plus)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends, no call
