Immediate goal (this week): - Room review call (tomorrow 8:00am PT) → you tell us exactly what to buy- Then 1–2 short working calls during the week to dial in: lighting, framing, audio, setup, and shooting workflow- Output = clean, consistent A‑roll we can repeat anytime Constraints- iPhone-only for this phase (no fancy camera required)- Style target: global / modern / premium with a hip‑hop edge (not corporate)Time / cadence- ~1–2 hours/day for the next 1–2 weeks- Must be responsive in chat + able to hop on short calls if neededComp: $5–$20/hr (part‑time to start) If you’re great, this becomes ongoing coaching + continuous opportunity as we scale output — plus growth in scope (systems, creative direction, quality control) and real learning as you help build a production machine from the inside.
