Job Type: Contracted* / Starting Pay: $40/hour *Opportunity for growth into a full‑time role. M Agency hires all full‑time employees based on demonstrated capacity and success in a role, as well as growing needs within the business. How We Work at M As an award‑winning, full‑service creative shop, M Agency partners with growing businesses to elevate their brand, bring their unique vision to life, and convert prospects into paying customers. Across an array of industries, we become a natural, collaborative extension of our clients’ marketing teams—not a third‑party vendor. Like any agency worth its salt, we’re results‑driven. Team members work with top‑notch talent and subject matter experts, delivering difference‑making work to help businesses thrive. But more critically, we’re people‑centered. We have an exceedingly low tolerance for big egos, and high praise for those with a strong communication‑via‑GIF game. Plus, our core values are more than just a page on the agency intranet. They inform everything we do, and are built around the concepts of: Environment : Show up as your truest self. We’ve got each other’s backs. Collaboration : We communicate, connect, and create together. Appreciation : Hard work deserves some praise. Discipline : We define what we’ll do. Then we do it—promptly. Profitability : Without it, we can’t keep being the best. Growth : For our people’s careers and our clients’ success. Why This Role Exists Every brand has a story worth telling—and telling well.
